PRIVACY POLICY

At Titan Peptides AU, we prioritize the confidentiality and security of our researchers. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you create an account we collect your full name, email address, optional laboratory or organisation name, a securely hashed password (never the password itself) and the date of your researcher declaration. When you place an order or contact us, we collect necessary operational data including your full name, email address and shipping address, and the research purpose and research-use confirmation you declare at checkout, which we keep as a record with the order. To protect accounts from password guessing we keep the IP address of sign-in, registration and password-reset attempts for up to 24 hours. We do not collect or store card details on our servers: if card payments are offered they are handled by our payment processor, and bank transfers are made directly from your own bank.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Your information is used strictly to operate your account, process orders, provide shipping tracking, send password-reset emails you request, and communicate important updates regarding batch analyses or stock availability. We do not sell your data or give it to third parties for their own marketing.

3. DATA PROTECTION & DISCLOSURE

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) to protect your personal information. Titan Peptides AU will never sell, trade, or rent your identifiable data to outside parties. We share only what is needed to complete your order: with our payment processor if you pay by card, with our courier to deliver it, and with our email provider to send order and account emails. We will also disclose information where Australian law requires it.

4. COOKIES, ADVERTISING & MEASUREMENT

When you log in we set a cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days; logging out removes it. Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage so it survives moving between pages. It is not sent to us until you place an order.

We use the Google Ads tag (Google tag). It sets cookies that let us measure which ads lead to orders, and lets Google show our ads to people who have visited this site before (remarketing). Google receives information about your device and the pages you visit here. When an order is confirmed, it also receives the order reference and value. It does not receive your name, email or address from us. Google uses this information under the Google Privacy Policy.

We also use the TikTok Pixel, which lets TikTok measure visits and orders that come from TikTok ads. TikTok receives information about your device and the pages you visit here and, when an order is confirmed, the order reference and value, under the TikTok Privacy Policy.

You can turn off personalised ads from Google in My Ad Center, or block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
